Chahaton ke alm hum ne dekhe hain
Qismaton ke sitm hum ne dekhe hain

Mafhom-e-dastan badl jatey hain
Lafzon ke jurm hum ne dekhe hain

Aashiyan jala kar muskaratey hain
Doston ke karam hum ne dekhe hain

Aye ujalo kiyun itna hanste ho
Andehron ke ghum hum ne dekhe hain

Chala tu uss nagar mai jaon Qais
Rastonke khum hum ne dekhe hain

qismaton ke sitam abhi daikhay nahin tum ne

mafhoom e daastan badal jaatyay hain yahan
lafzon ke jurm abhi daikhay nahin tum ne

khush hotay hain jala ke masoom dilon ko
doston ke sitam abhi daikhay nahin tum ne

aaj hans lo ujaalo meri bebasi pe tum bhi
andheron ke ghum abhi daikhay nahin tum ne

chala ja raha hai unjaan raaston pe qais

Talash-e-masieha ka

Khalqat-e-khudawand may
toofan-e-karb-o-balla hai
aye Rab-e-Muhammad* ye kaisa
shour-e-mehasher teray koocha may
macha hai

khair-ul-ummat jisey Quran ne
pukara hai
wo aaj kiyun dunya may
be-sahara hai
aye Rab-e-kainat
kashti-e-islam ko aap bacha
ke iske nakhuda bhi doob gaye hain
aur
patwaar bhi toot gaye hain

sun le hum gunahgar ummat ki
fariyad aye moula
ke tujh ko phir zakhmi rooh se pukara hai
