Bas ek khyaal hai taskeen E jaaN hamare liye
Zamane bhar se koi bad gumaaN hamare liye




Jo tera lams mile to khule yeh baab E wajood
Aur is mein ho tu kabhi mayhmaaN hamare liye




Hum us pe khaab ki soorat utarne waale hain
Sajaye aaNkh mein wo kahkashaaN hamare liye




Udaas hochuke lamhoN mein rang bharti hui
Hawaaye shaam hai na-mehrbaaN hamare liye




Nateejatan hamaiN mahroom e khaab hona paRa
HaqeeqatoN ne kaRe imtehaaN hamare liye
