You And Me

gone lean and dry days behind,
to buzz of mills and abundant goods.
nature’s gift of smiling kind,
stirring bears in sleepy woods.

nectar oozing from the flowers,
happy dusks and breezy morns.
you and me in blissful stars,
by shade of tree and rustling corns.
