ایک گلاس نیم گرم
پانی میں ایک لیموں کا رس ڈال کر پی لیں۔ دن میں دو دفعہ لیں۔ اس سے نہ
صرف آپ کا وزن کم ہوگابلکہ آپ کی جلد بھی خوبصورت ہو جائےگی۔
