Wo mooj-e-tabassum shagufta shagufta
Wo bhola sa chehra kitabi kitabi
Wo sunmbul se gaiso sunahray sunahray
Wo makhmoor aankhain gulabi gulabi
Wo baton main jado adaaon main tona
Wo dardeedah nazrain iqabi iqabi
Kabhi khush mizaji kabhi bay niyazi
Abhi hoshyari abhi neem khuwabi
Qadam bahkay bahkay nazar khoi khoi
Wo makhmoor lahja sharabi sharabi
Idher chand aanso sawali sawali
Udhar kuch tabassum jawabi jawabi
Frozaan frozaan jabeen kehkashani
Darakhshan darakhshan nazar mahtabi
Na honton pe surkhi na aankhon main kajal
Na hathon main kangan na pairon main payal
Magar husn-e-saada misali misali.....
