Blue ID
- How do Banks control the cost of
customer service and ground force? - How does a Bank get closer
to a customer, get to know him and serve him? - How do you
decrease the resistance to Online Banking in India?
integrating the Blue ID(phone as Authenticator) service
Blue ID allows a person secure access to an online session via a
combination of username and password on the web, and a PIN number on a
mobile device. With the risk of fraud, phishing and identity theft
removed, online banking is made safe and easy!
Blue ID
intgration process for Banks
Server integration performed at the back-end. Blue-ID Server (VSAC)can
be placed at Bank's premises or Verity premises depending on the
commercial deal. VSAC will never retain any customer information.
Details are mapped using a Unique ID. No conflict of customer ownership.
No integration or approvals needed from ISP's, Mobile operators and
portal owners.
Customers need to be educated on the service available. Every subscriber
need to be sent a one-time password for registration.
Customer registration through a 3 minute self-process.
A customer can opt out of the service by simply sending an SMS request
for discontinuation.
The same Blue ID 2 can be used for a credit card transaction, as it will
require a PIN verification from the card holder before the transaction
is authorised.
