mango and cardamon juice

Salaam Frends....
As its summer, very hot days, and aam(mango)ka season hai...
so lets make our hot hot summer days chilled with fresh juices...
Here is a very simple and yummy recipe

mango and cardamon juice
Ingredients:
mango pulse, zafran,
dry dates, milk, almond, sugar.
Method:
blend mango in 3 cups of milk.blend zafran, dry dates and almond and then mix them in blended mango and milk.and than take these in refrigerater..then drink it in a hot rainy day and if no rain...phir araam se ghar bait kar mazy le juice pe kar... mango and cardamon juice 684193
